First visit to Acer beauty having found availability on Fresha and then finding the instagram page and reading about Ellie, her experience and having just started up here in Carlisle. I booked in and had one of the best massages I’ve ever had ‘the Signature’ it was just what I needed and so relaxing. Ellie was lovely, and put me totally at ease visiting somewhere for the first time. It’s a lovely relaxing space with a warm welcome and the bonus of parking at the door. I would highly recommend

Alice is a lovely young lady! and very knowledgable good in her profession. This was my fist visit to the salon for a back , neck & shoulder and alice went out her way to help me out as I asked if my appointment time could be brought forward which she did and I really enjoyed my massage. So I highly recommend Alice Holmes salon 😊

Had a really lovely facial with Alex. She’s so friendly and welcoming. I was so relaxed during the facial, her massage had the perfect amount of pressure and the products she uses are really nice. My skins looked great ever since and I would definitely book again.

Fantastic sports massage - Hannah listened to what I needed and tailored the massage to suit. The combo of massage, cups and scraping was exactly what I needed on problem areas. She’s also managed to shed some light on a niggly injury I’ve been struggling to rehab for a while. Thank you!🙌🏻

Kayleigh is so lovely, polite and professional, I felt so relaxed during my facial and a lovely little head shoulder massage treat, the setting surrounding was just perfect. I had a full body Swedish massage and Alexandra made me feel very welcome and comfortable! It was the perfect pressure and I’m feeling very relaxed now! Lovely setting and was a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend! :)

Rejuvenate treatments are a lovely experience. Angela is lovely and very informative about advising the best treatment for your skin with reassuring aftercare advice. Angela's massage is amazing! I have had full body and Indian head massages, out of this world and feeling renewed each time I visit. The microneedling has made an enormous impact on my skin and top ups have kept it glowing. The treatment room is a relaxing cosy space and Angela makes you feel at ease throughout. Rejuvenate is my skin care and massage go to !

I can’t recommend Ollie highly enough. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made a huge difference in my recovery. Ellie is just wonderful. Massage is brilliant, she is very fussy about the small details and looks after me so kindly. Adjusts massage to help pain/knots and views your symptoms holistically as a whole. Brilliant at what she does, won’t go anywhere else. She has helped my shoulder pain immensely and I’ll keep going for maintenance. Salon is quiet, peaceful and lovely and snug which matters when you’re trying to relax.
