Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness, aches or sports-related pain.

Ryan doesn’t just massage you, he crates a holistic environment to actually support recovery, he’s professional, knowledgeable and friendly as well as being a total expert in what the body needs to feel good and be fitter , healthier and your absolute best. He knew exactly what I needed and after just one session I’ve got more results than osteopaths physiotherapists and Drs combined. Amazing! I felt so at ease despite my nerves and overactive brain. The overall treatment was so calming, peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what I needed after a long & stressful few months & before I start my new job on Monday. I'm so glad I was able to finally book in as a post birthday treat. I already can't wait to go back! The space itself is lovely and inviting and Georgia is amazing at making you feel comfortable and at home whilst you're there. I cannot recommend enough for anyone who needs some time to themselves to switch off and unwind. Thank you so much!
