Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness, aches or sports-related pain.

I went for hydrafacial with dermaplane. Rasa was very professional throughout, and explained everything that she was doing, but at the same time was also very warm and chatty 😊 The whole experience was lovely and relaxing, and even included a scalp massage which was a very welcome unexpected extra. My skin is absolutely glowing and feels amazing! Her home salon is very lovely and clean. She checked to make sure I was warm enough and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and can't wait for my next treatment

2nd session with Rick, new facilities in Bury look very professional and welcoming. Rick is amazing at what he does, knows his stuff and makes you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs results without paying over and over for other kinds of therapsits!

Second time visiting Muliana, and this time I treated myself to a full body massage. Once again, she did not disappoint! I left feeling completely de-stressed, with my knots eased, muscles relaxed, and ready for my holiday. I carry so much tension in my neck and shoulders, and Muliana always takes the time to listen and applies just the right amount of pressure. She is incredibly skilled, professional, and has such a calming presence. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and experiencing her magical healing hands again. Highly recommend!

Ryan was absolutely amazing! Super professional and really took the time to ensure I was getting the correct treatment tailored to my needs. The room was lovely and it was such a relaxing environment. Iv struggled with back pain for a while and have had many massages in the past with the practitioner not being able to remove knots in my upper back… which Ryan did!!! I had a neck, shoulder, and back massage with Muliana today, and it was fantastic. I’ve been suffering with discomfort and tight knots in my shoulders for quite a while, and she worked wonders in relieving the tension. She paid particular attention to my neck, where I was holding a lot of stress, and I could feel the difference immediately. Muliana was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. Her skill and attention to detail were outstanding. I left feeling much more relaxed and comfortable, I’ll definitely be back!

Had my first sports massage today and honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it was amazing. It definitely wasn’t painfree, but it never felt uncomfortable just the kind of pressure you know is actually doing something. I went in with really tight legs and upper back pain, and I’ve come out feeling so much looser and more relaxed. Huge difference already. Big thanks to Ryan really professional, made me feel at ease, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Already booked in again and actually looking forward to it this time. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with muscle tension.

Always a great welcome at the cryo lab , I've never done the body balancer before , it was all explained before hand and I was very much looking forward to 45 minutes to myself . Nice clean room , lights off and let the machine and suit do all the work . It was so relaxing my legs have felt great all day . Part of my recovery journey lymphatic drainage, helping to flush excess fluid, reduce swelling and improve circulation . Yet to really appreciate the results but that and the chamber i can definitely feel improvement. Would definitely recommend cryo lab .
