Absolutely lovely experience , from start to finish . Ruth is very down to earth , not at all pretentious . So I relaxed really quickly ,and felt in safe hands - the massage was bliss , I had input into the oils that felt right , guidance on which treatment might be most beneficial , and consequently I slept soooo well last night !! A really lovely firm deep tissue massage which provided lots of muscle release and relief of tension! Perfect for complete mind and body relaxation. She is extremely precise and thorough, and you can tell she really takes pride in doing things properly. Nothing feels rushed or half-done, and that level of care makes the massage feel much more relaxing and effective. She also makes a real effort to keep you comfortable, adjusting the pressure whether you want it strong or softer, and making sure the session feels tailored to exactly what you need. Her technique is smooth and controlled, so the whole experience feels very professional and well done. Best of the best. Easy 5 stars.
