Jenny Lou made me feel very relaxed for my first visit for some self care . Sarah made my pain go away today. Excellent massage

My first massage with Leigh, and I was super impressed. Her knowledge and skill were obvious and vast, and she tailored my massage perfectly. Having ME and Fibro, massage can help massively, but can also cause a flare of symptoms, it’s quite the balance and not every person with the condition would respond the same, so not easy to navigate. But, Leigh asked all the right questions and her after care, made me feel safe in her hands. The treatment was bliss, she immediately found my problem areas and I will definitely be return for follow up care. Thank you Leigh!

I found the whole experience to be fabulous and very professional and thorough, Sarah displayed a wealth of experience and knowledge. Whilst I was having a sports massage for my 'wooden legs', Sarah was keen to not cause too much pain or discomfort, but yet still managed to loosen my legs up. Great treatment and booked again!
