Ambar is absolutely amazing! She is professional, attentive, and very receptive to requests. Her pressure was perfect, and she was incredibly accommodating to ensure the massage was exactly what I needed. She is also very easy to talk to, making the entire experience relaxing and comfortable. My husband, who is very particular about massages, finally said he found someone who was good. My massage with Ambar was just as wonderful. Her pressure was perfect, her technique was calming and effective, and I left feeling super relaxed. I would 100% recommend Ambar!! Book with her!

I had the Signature Willow Glow Facial and it was absolutely wonderful. The entire treatment felt calming and soothing, and the facial massage was extremely relaxing. The hot towels and ice globes were such a nice contrast — especially the ice globes, which felt amazing. The Dermalogica products left my skin refreshed, brighter, and genuinely glowy. The space is clean, peaceful, and everything is done with such care. I’ll definitely be booking again.

I had the Sono Dewy Lift treatment done. Yoon is wonderful , she made me feel comfortable and explained everything she is going to do before starting. The 5 minute shoulder and neck massage she gave me was very relaxing. I’m beyond happy, my skin looks and feels amazing . I would definitely go back for a full massage. This was my first relaxation massage at Newcastle Day Spa. My massage with Heather was wonderful. She asked if there were any areas of concern. The quality of care given from when I arrived until I left was excellent. Heather asked me several times to let her know if she was pressing too hard.
