I didn’t know what to expect but I knew my 9 months of pelvic pain was recurring after diligent exercises and physiotherapy. Shayla listened and recommended a thorough massage. I had no idea it would be so extensive. But as I’ve come to understand with age, the body’s systems all affect each other. Her total concentration and intuition was obvious for the whole time. At the end she told what she had found (although I could feel it as she worked!) and now, after a week the pain has subsided every day. I haven’t felt this good for 9 months. I love holistic approaches like she offers.

I happened upon Cosmic Rose when on a weekend away in Newport. I don't live in the area, but Miss Rose's kahuna body work is so wonderful I travel across Sydney to pay her healing hands a visit. She is awesome!

This has to be one of the best massages I have had. Not a "one treatment for all" experience. Jessie is very passionate about helping people and very knowledgeable about different techniques to help the body as a whole. I highly recommend her and her team.

It was an amazing facial massage and a very relaxing experience. Magdalena is extremely professional and very knowledgeable in all treatments for all skin types. The facial massage Megdalena provided made my face look glowy and bright, and at least 10 years younger. The results were unbelievable and impressive 👏. Thanks very much for the beautiful service.

I’m telling you when I say I was super relaxed at the end of the sauna I mean I was floating. Such a beautiful atmosphere. I went busy and felt completely relaxed and comfortable. The small touches like the water and towels made it really nice too. The smell of the salon and sauna was so pleasant and made me relax also. You can listen to what ever you wish because the sauna has blue tooth. I highly recommend this gorgeous place. Oh and my skin was super soft after too.

OMG what an incredible experience. Highly recommend. Took my body to places it hadn’t been in a long while. What an amazing modality. You’ve got to experience to believe it. Wonderful massage. It was a cold day and their was a heater in the room and the bed had some kind of warmer under the sheet - so cozy! The therapist checked in regularly and the masssage was both therapeutic and relaxing.

Always a great facial. This time I added the buccal massage which was the first for me. I didn’t realise how tense my jaw was. Magda is the best at releasing tension and stress from muscles.
