I am currently training for a ultramarathon. And for recovery there is no better place close by in south Sydney that offers the recovery needs for my body to reset and recover quickly. Unbelievable clean and such friendly star. 10/10.

I always have the BEST massage with Gammar! She is so exceptional at releasing all the tight spots around the glutes, hips and shoulders. She is truly an expert at knowing where all the pressure points are and releasing all the tightness from your body so you walk out feeling like a dream. At the time, not so much, but I always say no pain, no gain! Ask for the Thai traditional massage with no oil, its her specialty and it's literally on par if not better than any massage you'll get from a physio. Thank you so much Gammar!

Such an amazing experience. I completely went into a trance and was able to truly unwind. The lymphatic drainage treatment left me feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed, followed by one of the best massages I’ve had. The space itself is beautiful, and Luna is absolutely lovely, she creates such a calming atmosphere, offers great conversation, and has the most soothing energy. A 10/10 experience that I can’t recommend highly enough.

Tai is SO far the best beautician that I’ve met in Sydney. I did my eyebrows, hydragloss, lash lifting and derma planing with her. Loved the results! Good price, good vibes, great results and experience. Highly recommended! ❤️‍🔥

Amazing massage! Crystal shared gentle and positive vibe. She worked on my problem areas with an appropriate amount of pressure. Overall, at the end I felt so relaxed with relief in those areas that are causing me aches and pains at the moment. Thank you Crystal. I can't wait to come back!

The massage was excellent. I've been training a lot and Jessie really helped loosen some tough spots. My only complaint would be that the room I was in was next two about six washing machines that were spinning and beeping during the massage. It would be much better if they weren't next to a relaxing space.

Best massage ever! I recently had a massage with Yim and it was absolutely amazing! She is incredibly professional and the massage was so relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommended Yim and this wonderful place.! 10/10 recommend!

I had a wonderful massage with Julia. She was very intuitive and used a variety of massage modalities which was super effective. My massage was excellent- strong hsnds to get to the hard knots. I thought I was fairly relaxed without too many tight spots. However I appreciated the pressure given with the full body image.
