Years past I've worked in a role where I got to travel around Sydney visiting clients, this also gave me the opportunity to visit multiple and multiple massage centres on my lunch break located all across the city and by far Koji at Palms Healing has been the best when treating injuries and overall muscle tightness. Ken was super friendly and super professional. He found the aching spots within minutes, and applied massive pressure per my likings. Ken utilized pressure, massage, hot cups and stretches. He handled a big man like me extremely well. I know I'll visit again next month.

I injured my wrist during martial arts a year ago. Doctors couldn't find the issue despite X-rays, an MRI, and anti-inflammatory tablets. A cyst restricted my thumb's movement, and specialists said stretching was my only option. Koji quickly identified that my entire arm was affected, not just my wrist. After a 45-minute pressure-point massage, I felt relaxed, regained mobility, and my cyst shrank within hours. What hadn’t healed in a year, Koji fixed in one session. Highly professional and skilled, he treats the whole issue, not just one spot.

Excellent remedial massage. Ken is very good at turning my vague guidance around tightness and sore points (from 300-400km cycling per week) into focused massage and exercises that reduce muscle tension and improve my flexibility.

I had my first deep tissue/remedial massage with Koji Hotta last week and straight away I could tell he is a true master of his art. I have multiple issues that need addressing and he was very thorough, explaining things as we went. We still have a lot of work to do but after our session I could feel enhanced mobility and a reduction in some of my pain. I will be seeing him regularly as he has given me hope!
