Sabrina did a great deep tissue massage. Very intuitive and knows what she is doing. The massage room is beautiful and relaxing. I fell asleep a few times I was that relaxed ... Oops .

Best deep tissue massage I've had in Melbourne Came in to the Moonee Ponds location on Puckle St and honestly couldn't be happier. I booked a deep tissue massage and it delivered exactly that — proper pressure, targeting the right spots, no half-measures. You can tell the therapists actually know what they're doing. The space is calm and welcoming, and I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend if you need something that actually works out the tension rather than just a gentle rub-down.

A wonderful massage from Jane. I felt relaxed, and physically better after my 60-min treatment. Jane was truly amazing, working her magic on some seriously tight muscles. Definitely will be going here on the regular. Everyone is super friendly, the space relaxing, clean and tranquil.

I absolutely love seeing Lauren. I’ve been going to her religiously every fortnight since August 2025 and now I literally book my appointments for the entire year in advance. Whether it’s a lymphatic massage or a beautiful remedial massage, I always leave feeling incredible. The warmth and comfort of her home studio is honestly unmatched. From the second you walk in, the ambience is just so calming and relaxing. I genuinely look forward to every appointment jumping into that warm bed and completely switching off. Such a beautiful experience every single time.

I had a combo of a deep tissue massage on my neck, shoulders and back as well as a lymphatic massage and both were excellent. I’m a regular and Sophie is always professional, attentive, and really focuses on the areas causing tension. I’m always left feeling looser and more relaxed in my neck, shoulders and back. The clinic is always clean and calming. I highly recommend a visit!

Lauren is absolutely amazing at what she does. I absolutely love my lymphatic massages with her. Not only is she completely qualified and so knowledgeable but she also makes you feel welcomed. Lymphatic massage can be a very personal experience, and she makes me feel completely at ease while explaining everything and making sure I’m comfortable from start to finish. I’m really impressed with the service here — the massages are exactly what I need every time. When I book a deep tissue, it’s a real deep tissue massage, no doubt about that. What makes this place stand out is how much they care about feedback and making sure you enjoy the whole experience. They actually follow up afterwards to check in, and you can tell they genuinely want to know if I was happy with the session. Even better, they take on board what I say and adjust for the next time, which makes such a difference. It honestly feels like they go out of their way to make every visit the best

The lymphatic drainage massage was so blissful. The gentle massage of the lymph system was incredibly relaxing. I felt supported and nourished throughout the session which incorporated breath-work.
