Overall, I had a lovely experience. I booked a facial just 2 hours before, and the receptionist was very helpful on WhatsApp. Despite arriving 8 minutes late due to traffic, I received a warm welcome and a nice welcome juice. The facial was excellent, and my skin looked amazing afterwards. I gave 4 stars because I wasn't offered a towel or robe, so the neck massage was limited. Also, after suggesting products, the therapist left without saying goodbye. I had planned to tip her, but the ending felt quite abrupt.
