Feel amazing after today’s treatment, Halil works wonders. Today was my 3rd treatment and I definitely noticed that there were a lot less tender areas compared to my 1st treatment. Looking forward to my next treatment in a weeks time. Thank you ☺️

My hot stone back massage was good. Lovely and soothing.

I have had 3 sessions now after attending a 3 hr charity exercise class on Sat I felt amazing after the treatment which consisted of upper and lower body . So amazing that I didn’t even ache when I attended my Monday class . Can’t wait for my next one x
