Amazing experience from the min I arrived, the pre work and then the massage. The best I've had in years if not ever. Vicky even give me a few exercises to do each day. Thanks I would highly recommend.

Vicky is one of the best Sports therapists I have ever been too. I go every 2 weeks for 90mins because I have alot of joint issues. What I like most about the experience is that Vicky really listens and checks with me for any pain or discomfort. The deep tissue massage has helped my mobility and I can cope so much better. Thanku Vicky.

She has got so many treatments it’s sometimes hard to choose. • Head, neck, shoulders & Back - stress buster. • Reflexology - always feel good & rested after treatment, walking on air. • Indian head massage - pure bliss Now a new treatment “Pelvic Health” is coming on board. Can’t wait to sign up for them.
