WOW! I just love this place and space. First time Contrast Therapy and it was amazing! The thoughtful design and attention to the little things make this truly a beautiful experience. Not feeling rushed to move on and being welcome to linger and try the products while sipping on tea. Thanks Well + Being loved every minute! 💜

Very Good with Jo thank you. I must have some time in the first week or two to adjust to using my body in a gym situation again, so am not able to take weights expected of me presently...so we are adjusting the bicep curls downwards to 3KG not 4KG

The float tank was relaxing enough but made me feel heavy afterwards. Probably because I have CFS and was very fatigued today. Otherwise all good.

Wonderful, very calm and relaxing and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

I had a Lovely time in the sauna, my skin feels so soft , the staff member Tayla was so helpful. I have recommended your services to lots of my friends I think what you are doing and the services you offer are awesome .
