I've been having regular sessions with Patrick for nearly a year now, and I could not recommend him more! His sport massages have made a huge difference for my back and neck problems. But perhaps more importantly, he has helped me understand much better what is going on, as he is clearly very knowledgeable and always explains in plain terms what he observes is going on with the musculature.
