I’ve been recommending Anastasia to my friends and family as I’m so pleased with the outcome following my 1st appointment. I was suffering with a tight calf and painful feet. Anastasia provided a very thorough consultation, effective treatment and provision of exercises for me to complete at home. My recovery time was much shorter than I’d anticipated. Anastasia is excellent and has an amazing knowledge of the body. She was able to determine the cause of the pain by observing my muscle patterns and posture. Not only she gave me great treatment that released the pain, she offered solutions for long term improvement. She clearly really cares about her patients and helping them. I fully recommend her and will definitely be back should I need in the future.
