Jess is a brilliant PT with so much knowledge. Every session is encouraging and takes into consideration how you feel on the day. Jess is a joy to spend an hour with and I look forward to my session each week. Thanks for helping me rebuild my confidence in the gym. The difference is how I feel on and out of the gym is amazing.

Clare is amazing, I love all the treatments I have had done by Clare. She is very professional and makes you feel very relaxed and talks you through everything. I would highly recommend Clare, I was a very nervous client and it took me a long time too decide to get treatments done.
