From the moment I walked into the Hayatt Clinic, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. When it came to my appointment, the medical team provided concise, straightforward information about my treatment options. They broke down everything clearly without using overwhelming medical jargon, ensuring I understood perfectly. The clinic itself is modern, exceptionally clean, and highly professional. I’ve now had Botox with Dr Naren three times and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s incredibly professional but also so friendly and easy to chat to. He takes a genuine interest in you and your family, which makes every appointment feel really relaxed and personal. He always makes the whole process feel easy and comfortable, and the treatment itself is practically pain-free. I’m really happy with the results every time and would highly recommend him to anyone considering Botox. Fantastic doctor and a lovely person!
