As ever, Gemma gave me. wonderful deep tissue massage today. I’m. bit bruised and battered after falling during a run and she gave some extra therapy to help the bruises heal. She was also very careful working around them. Thank you Gemma!

Kate was very knowledgeable about what I needed and what was wrong and how to fix the tightness in my calves, I've been to physio in the past but nothing had worked till I got the massage and been able to relieve the tightness, 2 weeks till my next appointment but I could have lay there all day, definitely something I'll be repeating monthly

Joanne is wonderful! It was like she had known me for years! Such a connection. We did timeline therapy and reiki healing. She completely ‘got me!’ She understood everything I said and could explain it to me in a way I’ve never heard before. I already know she is going to help me a lot over the coming sessions. The reiki healing was a new thing to me…it was a strange feeling, in a nice way… I felt so calm afterwards! Highly recommend!

Had my first session with Joanne today had the awakened heart therapy, I was very nervous going but she made me feel at ease straight away, very professional and was really good to just be able to talk and be listened to and guided along the way to help me to think and release. Joanna makes you feel relaxed and free to discuss whatever you want to ‘get off your chest!’ She is compassionate, sympathetic, understanding, and she never makes you feel judged. She has such a great rapport with me and she totally ‘gets me!’ She is definitely helping me to offload some of my issues and helping me start to move forward in the right direction. I would highly recommend Joanna. She is such a lovely person too.

Only my 1st experience of Reiki, always something I've wanted to explore more. At the zen academy i was thoroughly impressed with the calm surroundings and Joanne's approach to her treatment she offers, I would definitely send others to the academy if they we're to ask about reiki.

Kate was recommended by a good friend Christian who recently went to Kate from a recommendation too! It would appear Posture & Poise is the place to go for therapy in Stratford upon Avon. It is hard not to give the experience straight 10’s as i cannot fault anything about the experience. On arriving i was greeted by Kate and shown in to a comfortable and pleasantly warm consultation room. The aroma gave a good indication of what was to come. I went for the 1 1/2 full MOT and boy did i get value for money. I went because of a tight hamstring but i left with complete movement and a huge smile :)
