I had a great experience with Presley . Unlike other providers who sometimes seem rushed, she took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained my treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. Nicole was fabulous! She was totally patient, encouraging and understanding even though I didn't know exactly what I wanted! I walked in with hair that waz absolutely dead and dried out and when I left I just couldn't stop feeling it! I got a cut with a deep conditioning treatment and I feel so confident with a new shiny and healthy cut!
