I had an amazing experience at this med spa! From the moment I walked in, Trinity at the front desk made me feel welcomed and comfortable with her friendly personality and excellent customer service. She was attentive, professional, and made the entire check-in process smooth and enjoyable. Kloei, my aesthetician, was absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything while making sure I felt comfortable throughout my treatment. I would like to express my appreciation for the welcoming atmosphere of this establishment. Upon arrival, guests are kindly offered water and coffee. The technician, known as Lilly, was exceptionally helpful and thoroughly explained the process of each treatment she performed. The cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable, which is a significant factor for me. Furthermore, the other young lady in the office, who provided information on the packages, was very attentive, cheerful, understanding, and patiently explained everything, proving to be very helpful. I would certainly. recommend.

I appreciate a business where the staff enjoys to interact with the client and make them feel welcomed. Rose was incredible, and took very good care of me! My treatment was for lymphatic massage, and she explained to me what the treatment would help me with, and how it will improve digestion and bloating. At the end I was feeling refreshed and new. Coming back for another 5 sessions.

I love this beauty spa. I’ve been there twice so far and had a great experience. The location was easy to find, and their prices are reasonable. The girl at the front desk was nice and very informative. They will explain their packages that they offer, and they don’t pressure you into buy one. I look forward to my next visit at LB beauty Medspa.

Paulina was accommodating and fit me in for a last-minute facial, and I took advantage of the O2 Facial promotion. Kloei provided a professional, knowledgeable, and attentive treatment that was both relaxing and rejuvenating. The spa is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and creates the perfect atmosphere for self-care, with a warm staff that genuinely cares about its clients. Olga is absolutely wonderful, warm and welcoming, she really took the time to study my face. A true perfectionist/artist which I love and respect, she addded volume where I had lost it and made me look like myself just a more beautiful version, fresh and natural. No bruising and very little swelling. This was my first visit but won’t be my last. Really happy with my results.
