I came across Kamila two years ago whilst searching for help with my rosacea. I couldn’t be more happier with service I had received over those years. I’ve had many treatments incl. chemical peels, microneedling and skin boosters. Kamila always explains everything before the treatment, so you know what to expect. Amazing experience as always. Made to feel comfortable and in very knowledgeable hands. A session of luxury facial, derma planing and microneedling, followed by some filler. Lauren is such a great listener and knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy. I love going to skin serenity - can’t wait for my Botox in 2 weeks! X

I've always had a love/hate relationship with my eyebrows. Until Kamila transformed them.... I went in for powder brows and from the first consultation Kamila put my mind at ease, thorough discussion regarding shape and colour, aftercare and what to expect from the treatment. My only issue is that I didn't do it sooner!!

Kamila prior and during my appointment was not only professional but very informative, answering all questions I had about the treatment which straight away put me at ease. Also being thorough with what to expect with my aftercare. I am so happy with the results of my eyebrows and look forward to seeing Kamila again for my top up in a few weeks time. I had a lovely massage thank you. It would have been nice if the cd player didn’t stop and start all the time. Also the aromatherapy aspect was not really evident in the massage oil. It seemed like plain carrier oil with little or no essential oil in it. When I’ve had aromatherapy massage before the therapist has chosen a blend specifically and explained the qualities. There was no residual lovely smell on my skin afterwards at all. That aspect was a little disappointing but the massage itself was very good.

Lauren always creates a very relaxing environment and uses excellent products for a facial. My skin feels radiant afterwards, I will definitely be re-booking soon!
