I had such a fantastic experience with Charlotte! The facial was an absolute 10/10 , she gave me amazing advice tailored to my skin and addressed all of my concerns with such expertise. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. The back massage was so relaxing (and very much needed!), and my lashes look absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t seen them this curly in such a long time. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and pampered. Highly recommend! ✨

I had my permanent brows done by Monika and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process. Monika is professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She paid great attention to detail, carefully shaping my brows to suit my face, and the final result looks natural and beautiful. The treatment was much more comfortable than I expected. I would highly recommend Monika to anyone considering permanent brows!

First time having a treatment done by Charlotte today and I already highly recommend. Location is easy to find, room very clean, spacious and calming. Charlotte is very knowledgeable about the treatments she offers. Reassured me and talked me throughout the whole process. Very gentle when doing the botox injections, I cannot wait to see the results fully in a few weeks. Thank you again x

I had my first ever massage with Emma, I needed a quick and effective help for my back as it was hurting really bad. Emma made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She explained to me, what would be done during the treatment. I left feeling so much better and pampered to the point where I didn’t want to leave! Surely it’s not my last time visiting Balm and Emma for more relax :)

Loved my first professional facial by Charlotte. I had derma-planing and my skin afterwards felt & looked amazing. Charlotte was so calm and lovely, making the experience so relaxing and easy. Absolutely wonderful massage with Silvia. This was my first visit and I will definitely return. I feel so happy and relaxed after my treatment! Silvia is very warm, welcoming and professional. She expertly identified the knots I didn’t know I had! I really liked the affirmation note and the use of instruments at the end.

The whole experience was incredible. The shop is lovely, the treatment reception area is lovely, and the treatment rooms are lovely. I had a lovely frankincense facial with Emma that was so relaxing and my skin felt beautiful afterwards. I will definitely be going back!
