My experience was fantastic. The a warm welcome, an introduction to the treatment. It was calming and relaxing from start to finish. From the music playing throughout to the products used. Each part was well planned. First time having full facial and it wont be my last. My skin looks and feels the best its had. Would highly recommend

Very professional and informative. I’ve felt so relaxed and at ease on every visit. Martina takes the time to get to know you and what you would like to achieve with each treatment. I’ve had a fab facial in the past and recently had three area anti wrinkle injections. Martina is very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions about medications I’m currently taking!. I’m extremely happy with my results so far and will certainly be coming back for more treatments in the future. I had micro-needling with dermaplaning by Kirby and it was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, Kirby was so professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. Everything was explained thoroughly, including the process and aftercare, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was fantastic and my skin already feels incredible. This was my first appointment and my first million dollar facial. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Louise talked me through the facial and what would be happening. The new scalp treatment was just awesome, talk about all stress and troubles just disappeared. Louise set the scene and it was absolutely relaxation based, and with her magic hands i felt completely refreshed at the end. Absolutely amazing Head waterfall spa treatment and facial this morning provided by Nell. The whole experience from start to finish was simply wonderful. Walking into the room, seeing the twinkling lights, and the Christmas image projected on the wall behind and hearing the sound of soft running water, straight away I felt relaxed. The facial and head massage were superb and anything I write here wouldn't do it justice. Finished off with a relaxing beverage of my choice accompanied by 2 cookies 🍪. I had my first microneedling session with Leighanne today and I’m so glad I finally booked!
