Becky was welcoming and professional. I felt in expert hands and Becky checked i knew what to expect. Conversation flowed really well. Obviously there was a little discomfort but I knew to expect this. Becky said to let her know if we needed to take a break at any time. After the treatment Becky fully explained after care. I will look forward to seeing results.

Olya is an absolutely wonderful person & a true professional. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease with her friendly manner. She explained everything clearly beforehand & after the treatment she provided aftercare so I knew exactly what to expect. Her attention to detail is exceptional, she genuinely strives for perfection in everything she does. What really stood out to me was how much she cares. She followed up, invited me back for additional sessions to make sure everything was how it should be, & never rushed the process. I’m so pleased with the whole experience.

I was so anxious as this was my first ever treatment so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Katy made me feel at ease. She is very thorough and explains everything in detail. She kept checking on me during the procedure and took her time. If I could rate it higher I definitely would and I will be definitely seeing Katy in the future!

Katy is great and takes time to explain absolutely everything to you and make sure you’re happy before she continues. You feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door until you leave and she even follows up after I would never go anywhere else now..
