I had a truly excellent experience with Hana and couldn’t be happier with the results. Hana was very attentive, professional, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. During the treatments, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. I had such a lovely experience having my polynucleotide treatment here. From the moment I arrived, I felt really comfortable and at ease. She was so down to earth, friendly and approachable, but also very knowledgeable and informative. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain everything properly without any pressure or hard sell , it felt very genuine and reassuring. She made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable, and I felt like I was in really good hands throughout. I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering treatments. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and I felt listened to. Stacey explained what I need to achieved my goals. I have a home care kit which I can’t wait to get started with.
