My friend and I visited the spa today and Louise was incredible! We had a full spa day with 2 treatments and Louise went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time, with excellent massages, lovely facilities and an incredible lunch. Super relaxing and enjoyable day - thank you!

Excellent work. I was suffering from a painful muscle spasm in my lower back, and my mobility was badly impaired. After treatment I have full movement back and the pain is gone.

Great massage from Louise - really enjoyed. Having been a doting client for a number of years think it could do with a little spruce up. The robes and changing rooms are a bit tired, there’s no longer baskets of towels, or juices and loose leaf tea, or baskets of toiletries in the changing rooms. Doesn’t feel quite as high end as when I first attended.

I had a lovely facial from Leah. I was feeling very stressed before my facial and left feeling very relaxed and my skin was great. The atmosphere was so nice and Leah was very friendly and provided a great treatment. Thank you Leah :)

What a beautiful place ! Upon arrival the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The spa is lovely, cozy & intimate. The dermatological facial was superb, very relaxing & the staff were very professional throughout the treatment. The venue for lunch-time dining was traditional & classy. Lunch was freshly made - it really was delicious. Would highly recommend this hidden gem of a place! 5 * well deserved.

The back massage and facial were great! The spa area could benefit from some TLC and there was an unpleasant smell in the SPA hall. Would definitely come back for treatments but maybe not a half a spa day.

Very good overall. I would’ve liked to been asked if I’d like a coffee earlier in the appt rather than 5 mins before the end though as I felt like I had to rush it! Amelia was lovely as ever, respecting my wish to have a read rather than chat throughout the treatment. Thank you for a great pedicure Amelia!
