Have been back again to Alision for microblading. She's a friendly & professional therapist who puts you at ease. The salon is warm, welcoming and extremely clean. At then end of my session there was time to discuss my skincare routine & I have been able to order products from her.

Lovely atmosphere and great dermaplaning and facial, highly recommended!

I had the most amazing facial experience! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The ambiance was relaxing, and the products used left my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. Katie was incredibly skilled and attentive, making sure the treatment was tailored to my skin's needs. I left feeling refreshed already booked my next few facials in advance xox

I attended today, for a consultation. I have never been to this salon before, but as soon as I walked through the door, Ewelina put me at ease straight away. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of my questions and explained the procedure in great detail, including aftercare advice. The salon is lovely and Ewelina offers a wide variety of treatments. I would highly recommend this salon and I can’t wait to come back, to get the treatment done!

I went to Gemma again today to try her Sea Magik Ocean Glow Facial. It was absolutely amazing! She constantly made sure everything was okay for me and I loved every minute. My skin feels great and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I’ve been going to Gemma for nearly a year for other treatments and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s amazing at what she does and is such a kind soul. Would recommend any treatment of hers to anyone❤️

Amazing facial 100% recommend!

Just had my monthly facial . I recently had Covid and my skin wasn’t feeling great . Katie soon had it feeling tip top again . Also had eyebrow tint and waxing lovely treatment. Always a great experience at The Elms .

OMG! Fell asleep during this appointment!! 🤣 Had 2 of the new facials today, the Hydra boost refresher facial & the Gua Sha mineral eye lift facial & I have never been so relaxed both during & after having a facial before. The products smelt gorgeous & my skin feels amazing. The neck, shoulder & arm/hand massage is a nice extra touch too. Saw a friend about an hour after my appointment & she commented on how good my skin looked & how refreshed I looked. Will definitely be booking these again. Thanks Gemma x

Today I experienced a Elemis facial with Katie and I can confidently say it was amazing. From the moment I walked in,I was greeted with a friendly atmosphere. Katie’s professionalism shone through as she talked to me about my treatment. The combination of soothing music, calming scents. Lovely treatment and recommended my next treatment

This lady is amazing! She offers a wide range of affordable & quality treatments. She explains everything in detail & is very professional. I suffer from anxiety & Ewelina was really understanding & reassured me from the beginning. She is so patient & kind. She put me at ease straight away. I was scared about getting any treatments done but she advised me on the best one for me & what would and wouldn't work. I wouldn't go anywhere else now she really is the best at what she does. Her knowledge and expertise means you're in the best hands and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin care.

Gemma is always professional and polite. Puts you at ease. I went for microneedling on my head today which is quite painful in places. But Gemma was great! I also tried the Sunny rio body smoothing treatment and it was a lovely treat. My skin was pretty dehydrated due to recent illness but not feels fresh and soft. Highly recommend Gemma. I come here for most treatments.
