Just had my third Elemis Biotec facial with Jeanette. Amazing results already. What I love most about this salon is the time Jeanette took both during my first appointment and during the following ones to talk through my skincare needs and expectations. I had such a great experience and can’t recommend it enough. The sports massage was exactly what I needed and made such a difference to all the tightness and aches I’d been carrying. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome. Laurie is genuinely friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling so much better and will definitely be booking again. Thank you for such a fantastic treatment!

My first time having facial filler and I’m so glad I chose JXB. The results are beautifully balanced and natural. Having only had nose filler once before elsewhere, I was very selective about who to trust, and I definitely made the right choice. She was kind, patient, reassuring, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. The clinic was spotless, luxurious, and calming, with a professional atmosphere and great music. Had a facial that was pure bliss! The space was a gorgeous set up. Super comfortable environment and Libby was very welcoming and easy to talk to. My bespoke facial was so relaxing and my skin was radiant afterwards. The arm, neck and shoulder massage was a wonderful touch to the treatment. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Jenna for lip filler and Botox and had such a great experience. I was extremely nervous beforehand, but Jenna was so patient, reassuring and understanding throughout the whole appointment. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped calm my nerves and even gave me a stress ball to squeeze during the treatment, which was such a thoughtful touch! Emma was a lovely young lady who made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took her time, talked me through the process, and gave me plenty of colour options to choose from. It was clear that she genuinely enjoys her work and takes pride in achieving the best results for her clients. My lips look beautiful, and I am absolutely delighted with them. Wonderful. Libby is so knowledgeable and takes time to explain what is going to happen. I had skin pen and it was sore but I'm confident it will be worthwhile. The new salon is lovely and relaxing. Looking forward to my bespoke facial next month.
