Excellent experience, being a total novice and with only an idea of what I wanted, the consultant was extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. Left with a tailored plan to suit my needs, budget etc. It was also a lovely, clean, and warm environment too! See you soon for my first treatment and so far I love my new skin care regime too.

Gorgeous clinic. Super friendly staff that make you feel really welcome. My consultation couldn’t have gone better. They were so attentive and knowledgable. As a novice that has absolutely no idea about what is best for my needs, she took her time understanding what o wanted to get out of it, what my concerns were then meticulously explained my options and treatments that would get me those results, she happily answered all of my questions and even helped with recommendations on my current skin care routines. Excited to have my first treatment.

Third session with Shelby, who provided an in depth assessment of my skin prior to commening. From her assessment she adjusted the treatment to provide the best outcome. Afterwards Shelby also gave indepth professional advice for ongoing maintenance and for further procedures that I would like to receive. From my experience Shelby has been highly supportive, given me realistic advice and expected outcomes due to my age. I highly recommend Shelby due to her professional knowledge and especially her caring nature and delivery of the procedures, she always makes you feel comfortable.
