If I was asked to give one word for my experience it would be Excellent.......I've visited Claire at Clifton House Beauty twice and both occasions have been lovely. Each treatment, (Dermaplaining, lvl lashes with tint, and eye brows) was thoroughly explained before and during each treatment. The room is warm and cosy with relaxing music. Both times I've left feeling very happy, relaxed and looking forward to my next visit. Will highly recommend and most definitely is my go to place for any facial treatments.

Friendly professional and extremely clean. Ash is really helpful and answered all my questions. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others. Easy to find above monroes on Highfield road. Just straight up the stairs in the shop. The stairs are right in front of you as you open the door. Parking is free and easy enough to find a space even though it’s a busy high street. Convenient to book a suitable day and time for me as well. I will definitely be looking at other treatments.

I have been going to Kerry for a couple of years now and she is absolutely amazing! She is so lovely and always greets you with a smile and makes you feel at ease. She offers so many wonderful treatments and advice. I have recently had the new skin booster and my skin looks and feels amazing! 🤩

Jade is so calm and experienced. I've had a few treatments with her now and have enjoyed them all with fantastic results, particularly in body sculpture and facials. Can't recommend highly enough!

I have a few different treatments with Ash, she is always super lovely and talks me through anything I don't understand. I've been coming to Ash for a fair few years now, and she is so personable that she is someone a call a very lovely friend - her treatments and professionalism are always first class. I would never go anywhere else :-) xx

If I could’ve given more stars, I would’ve done. I had a lymphatic drainage massage. I left feeling like a new person. This is by far the best massage I’ve ever had. I booked for my next one straight after my treatment.

I had a fantastic experience with Jade I had the monopolar RF treatment. My skin feels noticeably firmer, smoother, and brighter after just a few sessions. I love that it’s safe for darker skin tones too. My complexion looks more radiant . Highly recommend!

I had a good treatment but I wasn’t aware that I’d have a trainee/refresher as well doing my treatment; Natalie was very nice but I think I should’ve known that it was in a communal surroundings …. Just that my previous two visits were one to one and I was beginning to wonder if I was going to be seen soon, but didn’t like to interrupt the treatment going on to ask that question. Perhaps communication should be improved. As to my overall treatment, it seems to be settling down nicely and I’ll know more in a day or two. 🙏

Would highly recommend Jo for laser hair removal, I had thought about it for so long and finaly decided to try it and within the first few sessions there was already a massive difference, I have completed a block booking of 8 treatments and couldn't be happier with the outcome, I only wish I had done it sooner! Lovely salon and Jo is amazing, so happy with the results! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

I had a fabulous experience with Jade having had a session with mesotox with mirconeedling. I had been thinking about mirconeedling for a long time but never felt comfortable, having spoken with Jade she made me feel so comfortable and talked through everything step by step. It wasn’t a painful treatment and already my skin feels great! Would recommend Thank you for a good sesssion.

Sarah was absolutely lovely and did such an amazing job with my hair! She was so friendly, professional and really took the time to understand what I wanted. She tidied up and cut my hair, added layers and styled it exactly like the reference photo I showed her. She also gave me some great advice and recommendations for looking after and styling my hair. I’m so happy with the result and would definitely recommend Sarah!

Started a little later due to unforeseen circumstances but apologised and more than made up for it. Claire was very welcoming and personable we had a good chat when she could get a word in lol.. She also, did more than I'd booked in for and very happy with the results. Will definately go back again.
