It's always a fabulous experience when visiting for a treatment. I've had laser hair removal, million dollar facials and a chemical peel and each treatment has been great. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable in explaining the benefits of treatments and answering any questions I have.

I’ve seen Vici now many times for various treatments, she’s always so professional and friendly, I always look forward to getting another treatment booked in my diary , my favourite treatment so far is the glass facial , 35 mins of pure relaxation, thank you Vici and see you next month for another facial x

Always a fabulous experience. Having a few thread veins sorted this time by laser, virtually pain free 😂. Kelly is always professional & checks with me that I'm doing ok throughout the treatment. Highly recommend Retreat Hair & Beauty. I'll certainly be booking more treatments.

I’ve just had the Signature Glass Skin Facial with Vici and WOW… absolutely glorious! ✨ From start to finish, she made the whole experience feel luxurious, relaxing and completely personalised. My skin has literally never looked so fresh and glowy — exactly what I’ve been needing! Vici was super friendly, instantly made you feel comfortable and was clearly very knowledgable! I’ve left feeling pampered, refreshed and already excited for my next appointment in Jan!
