I was greeted beautifully by Kaylin, Rose and Maria, and Amber is the one that gave me the radio frequency treatment. I enjoyed it so much. They are all adorable, I am so happy I found this spa, it was my 3rd visit for a facial today. Adriana did my facial yesterday. She really did a perfect job on my face. I felt very relaxed and fresh when she was doing my facial. I already have very good experiences with all staff in Oasis. And I felt very good with all of them. But yesterday Adriana did my facial for first time and I really enjoyed. I recommend anyone who need to do facial, try it with Oasis facial clinic. The location is difficult to find and initially I was concerned that it didn't exist because very poor signage. It was a very good facial and very comfortable environment but the staff are young with limited experience and not extremely knowledgable in skincare. The consultation at the end is somewhat informative but also a membership push but not too aggressive. It is a "franchised" company from Manitoba so concerned that it may not have "staying power" because their other Vancouver location closed. Somewhat hesitate to commit to a long term membership.

A hidden gem in west vancouver..very clean the staff are so friendly..Ive had a few different services now and have been completely satisfied ..my last tightning facial was amazing I was so impressed with the results..give this place a try..you won't be disappointed.. .

Just had a treatment with Andrea at Oasis spa in West Vancouver and I’m beyond pleased. She’s amazing and I really appreciate how professional and thorough she was . I’m so glad I found someone who makes me just as comfortable as Amber my aesthetician I had before as she had to leave back to her country.

I had a great experience at this spa. Beatrice was very friendly, professional, and did an amazing job with my facial. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole treatment. At the end, a package was offered and explained, which may be helpful for some people, although it felt a bit like a sales pitch for me. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely come back for future treatments

I had an amazing facial with Nirja and highly recommend her. The treatment included red light therapy and radiofrequency, and it was extremely thorough. She did a deep cleansing, removed dead skin, and even a light peeling, taking her time and never rushing. Nirja is professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. My skin felt clean, smooth, and glowing afterward. Great value, no pressure, and excellent results. I will definitely be back! The space is clean, calming, and welcoming. Truly an A+ experience.

Another Incredible treatment with Amber. She is top notch, and I feel so light and fresh, like I could float out the door. She is so competent, and knows exactly how to nourish and heal my skin. I have been receiving compliments from close friends too. I just love my treatments and plan to carry on next year. Highly recommend Amber.

My experience was good today however when I met Nirja last month I asked her why she was wearing gloves and her reply was next time I will not wear them if thats what you prefer. Now today when I ask where she is Nirja comes out of facial room and tells me that she told me someone else would be doing my facial next time. I am really disappointed that I spent over $1,600.00 for all of the creams and the Neck Advance therapy machine and not one person asked me how my skin felt, do I see a difference in my skin nothing!!I I am not impressed seemed Nirja was more interested in taking my money !!!

Mehak is an excellent specialist. It was my first skin-care treatment in six years. My skin is glowing again, just in one section. For sure, it isn't enough, but she answered all my questions and gave me instructions on how to use the products to keep it up. I will be back, no doubt. Valeria C.

Amazing experience! Mehak was really kind and throughly professional. She took her time and explained everything in detail. Treatment was More than 60 mins and everything felt so soothing, I felt pampered and see a visible difference in my skin texture and smoothness. Spa is sparkling clean and hygienic.
