This was the first time for a Korean Glass Skin Peel, and it won't be the last. This facial is like no other I've experienced. The products used and the manner in which Jake applied the peel were very soothing, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and rejuvenated. Skin brightness and glow are obvious. Will definitely be adding Jake's Korean Glass Peel to my microneedling regime.

I had filler done today and honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish — so kind, professional, and truly talented at what she does. What stood out most was how genuinely happy she was seeing me happy with the results. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in making people feel confident and beautiful. Jaclynn does the Lord’s work. The difference in my skin after her treatments and tailored skincare routine is unbelievable. I’ve had a lot of facials at a lot of places (including high end spas) and they do not compare to Jaclynn.

​I thought I needed a Botox top-up, I was wrong! Antonia showed me it was unnecessary; I was already fully treated! She expertly identified my issue was with my skin, not my Botox. A less professional place would have just taken my money, but Antonia guided me to the Alumier HydraGlow Gift Set instead. I'm absolutely thrilled! This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

It was my first spray tan at Tuscany studio and Carli was absolutely amazing. I had no idea what I wanted and she was able to base the solution on my skin undertones, features etc to know exactly which formulation to use and how the spray tan will turn out. - not too warm not too cool, a perfect vacation tan! I was on my period so felt some type of way, but she honestly made me feel so comfortable- walked out feeling confident, tanned and fabulous. Samantha was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my laser treatment.
