The welcoming reception, luxurious and clean facilities, the amazing treatments, and gorgeous lounge room - Hale is an incredible day spa, best in Canberra! My therapist Charlen was absolutely incredible. Her massage was the perfect balance of heavy pressure to long releases and the facial she gave me was second to none, it was relaxing and my skin is GLOWING. Cannot wait to go back!

Had a fabulous consultation with Kristy. She is very knowledgeable and talked through my rosacea concerns and created a treatment plan to suit my needs. She was also very gentle when providing my facial treatment.

A relaxing spa experience from beginning to end. My skilled therapist Charis, provided a wonderful treatment and a lovely mini facial while I was cocooned, soaking up the lovely oils. After being pampered, the lounge was a lovely warm place to relax on a cold Canberra afternoon.

I had the most amazing Aqua Pure Facial with Poppy and couldn’t be more impressed. Her knowledge and attention to detail were next-level, and she made me feel so comfortable and cared for from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and tailored the treatment perfectly to my skin. I walked out absolutely glowing, my skin has never felt so clean, hydrated, and refreshed. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

After the sessions, I feel relaxed and impressed. DMK products like Beta Gel, Herbal Pigment, Herb & Mineral Hydroloc, and Revitosin have really helped me, and I feel great. I recently started the Brow Tint & Tidy with Hannah and Charli, who are both gentle and professional. The entire Lab Canberra team is fantastic!

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.
