5 star from the moment I booked in. Rachel was full of knowledge and help in all areas of skin. As someone who has always struggled with my skin she has put my mind at rest, recommend skin care and all treatments which she carried out I’m so happy with. I booked in (rather spontaneously) to have a hayfever injection. I changed my mind before attending as I wasn't sure if it was for me and Karen talked me through everything with zero pressure to have the treatment if I didn't want to. I didn't in the end, but the service received was second to none. I also gained some really useful information on alternative treatments that I could use instead.

Always a lovely experience going to Rachel especially if you want a natural look from your treatments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Rachel is always happy to discuss any skin concerns. I have been using the SOMD 3 step essentials for sensitive skin and the results have been amazing. I had been using the same skin care for over 20 years and this has been a game changer…. Over the last few months I have been having microneedling, mesotherapy, and skin boosters by Rachel. In addition, I am taking a daily collagen supplement and retinoid both recommended by Rachel. I am so happy with the results, my skin is fresher, tighter and redness I’ve had for years has reduced. If you are considering skin treatments I 100% recommend Rachel. She is professional, knowledgeable, will explain the process clearly and is such a lovely person.

I recently had a skin booster treatment and the entire experience was impressive from start to finish. The clinic environment was noticeably clean, organized, and well-maintained. Rachel is lovely and super professional, she followed proper hygiene protocols throughout the appointment, from preparation to post-procedure care. This is my second appointment with Rachel for some anti wrinkle treatment.I was very nervous on my first visit but Rachel put me at ease and was very reassuring. I also like the fact that her treatments are all very natural. I would highly recommend. The treatment room is beautiful.
