Front desk staff is always professional and friendly. Tricia does a fantastic job in making me feel comfortable (I get a Brazilian wax). Hair removal is quick and complete! I'm very happy with the service, it's why I keep coming back!

I have had five appointments with the Wax Pot and my experience is always great. I would recommend the Wax Pot and their services to anyone. The employees/aestheticians are always kind, professional and efficient (this is especially helpful while being waxed). This was my first time getting waxed and I was NERVOUS. But the entire experience was a breeze! The scheduling was super easy, front desk staff was sweet and encouraging and my esthetician, Kelly was AMAZING! She encouraged me through the process and kept me talking/distracted. It was over before I knew it. I will definitely be back.

I met “V” today who replaced my previous wacer, who recently relocated. V has 12 years of experience, and skillfully completed my full body wax in 90 minutes. I’ve been waxing for 10 years, and V is the best.

It was my first time ever being waxed. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was nervous. It was a phenomenal experience. Kaylee at the front desk was so nice and friendly. Ava did the waxing and she was wonderful. They were both very welcoming and friendly. There was no pain, Ava worked quickly and shared with me everything she was doing while she was doing it.. Next time I’m in town I will surely be back there. Thank You!!!
