Jackie was able to fit me in before Valentines day for a service, thank you! Jackie is not only gave me a smooth body wax service, she recommended me great products to try for my face for dryness. I LOVE the serum I brought home and am eager to start the sunscreen she recommends. Salon guest care staff was very friendly and everyone seems really happy to help you. Great skincare services and Jackie is super knowledgeable.

I found her on Groupon and I’m so glad that I did. She took me last minute on a Saturday and I also had to change my time because my appointment earlier ran too late at a different merchant. She was so kind explained everything I had a Brazilian wax done. I’ll never go anywhere other than here for that kind of intimate service again because she was amazing and made me feel so comfortable!

I have been working on having a softer brown for the summer and Natalie always gives me great suggestions and checks in to make sure I am happy with the result. I love how Natalie will collaborate on formulas with other great colorists I have had in the past to know best on how to give me the best results. I love the spa like shampoo and Fatimah was also a pleasure to work with. Thank you Natalie and Fatimah!

It was my first time with CBD. I am so pleased with her service. She talked me through the whole process and also worked according to my needs. She is very precise in her job. She is also very polite and provides the best customer service. I am going back to this place and now on wards this is my go to wax professionalism. I am so pleased to find her in Lakeland. Brandy is the best of the best for Lakeland facials, but that’s not all! She’s sweet and cares about your skin. She doesn’t hesitate to tell you what you are doing right or wrong and will give you suggestions on what to do better without pushing products! My brows and skin have never looked better. The space is very relaxing with light lighting and soft music, it's so hard for me to not fall asleep during facials! I visited Brandy twice and I have to say, I am SO glad I found someone who is knowledgable about skin care here in Lakeland. It's hard for me to trust just anyone with my skin as I am very sensitive but after my initial consultation, I feel comfortable and trust her recommendations. I will continue to visit her on a monthly basis. Thanks again Brandy!

Brandy's room at Esquire Salon & Spa is very comfortable and relaxing. I've had some very stressful jobs and took to pampering myself at many fabulous day and destination spas all over this country. So I have a lot to compare to when I share that Brandy is truely gifted. What an absolutely wonderful facial! We are so blessed to have her right here in Lakeland. I can't wait for my next one!

The best ever, very informational, calming, welcoming and attentive. I’m a cry baby and didn’t cry I did flinch, only pain I felt is from the hair removal but that ended immediately and that’s a first for me I’ve found my cat slayer :)
