Jackie was able to fit me in before Valentines day for a service, thank you! Jackie is not only gave me a smooth body wax service, she recommended me great products to try for my face for dryness. I LOVE the serum I brought home and am eager to start the sunscreen she recommends. Salon guest care staff was very friendly and everyone seems really happy to help you. Great skincare services and Jackie is super knowledgeable.

I found her on Groupon and I’m so glad that I did. She took me last minute on a Saturday and I also had to change my time because my appointment earlier ran too late at a different merchant. She was so kind explained everything I had a Brazilian wax done. I’ll never go anywhere other than here for that kind of intimate service again because she was amazing and made me feel so comfortable!

Jackie is a talented provider/healer! My skin looks fantastic! She's given me a reasonable skincare routine. I love the IS Clinical products. And I cannot get over how much better my skin looks after consistent visits. In a huge industry of promises, I am so grateful for Jackie, her expertise, and her passion for her craft. SO worth it!

Absolutely fabulous experience! I felt pampered the entire time of my appointment. I just relocated here from NH and have been looking for a new stylist. Crystal hit it out of the park! Very knowledgeable, personable and very interested in giving me exactly what I wanted!

It was my first time with CBD. I am so pleased with her service. She talked me through the whole process and also worked according to my needs. She is very precise in her job. Brandy is the best of the best for Lakeland facials, but that’s not all! She’s sweet and cares about your skin. She doesn’t hesitate to tell you what you are doing right or wrong and will give you suggestions on what to do better without pushing products! My brows and skin have never looked better. The space is very relaxing with light lighting and soft music, it's so hard for me to not fall asleep during facials! I visited Brandy twice and I have to say, I am SO glad I found someone who is knowledgable about skin care here in Lakeland. It's hard for me to trust just anyone with my skin as I am very sensitive but after my initial consultation, I feel comfortable and trust her recommendations. I will continue to visit her on a monthly basis. Thanks again Brandy!

Brandy's room at Esquire Salon & Spa is very comfortable and relaxing. I've had some very stressful jobs and took to pampering myself at many fabulous day and destination spas all over this country. So I have a lot to compare to when I share that Brandy is truely gifted. What an absolutely wonderful facial! We are so blessed to have her right here in Lakeland. I can't wait for my next one!

Having a facial by Brandy was one of the most fabulous experiences I have ever had in any spa! It was so relaxing and my skin was visually much firmer and had a youthful glow that was what I was seeking. I have had several facials in many spas around Lakeland and in other locations - this was the absolute best ever! I have already made another appointment! I can't say enough about it!! Brandy is the bomb! Best facial I ever had - and I have had many... the most relaxing experience. Not only do you get a rejuvenating facial - you get your hands and feet massaged also ...what a bonus!!

The Copper Penny is beautiful and relaxing. I use Brandy for all of my skin care needs, Brazilian wax, brow waxing and tinting, lash tinting, and facials. She is very informative, gentle, and calming. Brazilian waxes can be intimidating, but she makes it easy because she explains what she is doing while she is doing it. She also checks on me the day after to make sure everything is ok or to clear up any questions.
