Always such a wonderful experience with Charlotte. Love going to see her whether its for a massage, facial or waxing. The only complaint i have is that I can go and be pampered every week! Lol. XXX

Middle aged (I wish) man here who is naturally reluctant to do this sort of thing - I had a pre-holiday back wax. Charlotte was a blimmin' marvel. She was quick, efficient, incredibly friendly and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. I couldn't have asked to be looked after any better.

Third time of visiting the Beauty Retreat for eyebrow waxing. Charlotte does a quality job! She is very professional, as well as being a very nice person to receive treatment from. I would definitely have other treatments there, if required. 100% recommend!
