Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

As always, Amarai did an excellent job with my pedicure. I appreocate her attention to detail and her wonderful customer service. I also like that she offers a very personalized service where it's you and her, one on one. Amarai also keeps her salon clutter free and clean. Love it!

Christina was pleasant and interactive. The receptionist brought me my drink orders and it was nice and hot tea and the water was at the temperature I requested. Generally calming ambience and she understood how to do my nails

Lana is the quintessential "old school stylist." Her skills and techniques are on point! She uses professional products and tools (even has Marcel irons). Her salon suite is comfortable and clean and she creates the most welcoming environment. I'm so blessed to have found her and will return again and again!

A Relaxing First-Time Waxing Experience I had my first waxing session with Ghea, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The area was well sanitized and cool. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. She also made me feel at ease throughout the session, she was gentle and took care to ensure my comfort and safety.

Went there for a Pedicure with gel nails and a Manicure. Since it was such an amazing experience - technically and personally - I go back for eyebrow tinting and waxing. That will be my top spot for future appointments.

the lady was hygienic, she completed the before care before waxing, the waxing itself was completed in 20-25mins, and the after care was also on point.

Shaniece was very kind, professional, and communicative throughout my entire wax, which really helped put me at ease. This was my first time going to her, and I can confidently say I’ll definitely be back.
