Alice & her studio are so welcoming! My brows have never been touched by anyone but myself and Im so glad Alice was the one to set my first experience. Had a brow lamination, wax and dye and was SO happy with the results! Alice listens to what you want but is also happy to offer her opinion which made my visit more personal and I appreciated. These girls are brilliant, all the girls are great but Annika gives me the most amazing eyelashes that last a month at minimum and Shannon takes care of the eyebrows...after years of having my eyebrows waxed and tinted I have finally found someone that can make them look symmetrical and I can maintain that shape longer than I have ever been able to before. Highly recommend 👌

Everything was fantastic. One of the best waxing experiences I've had. Jordyn made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and the waxing was far less painful than other places I've visited. I'm also thrilled with my lash lift. My natural lashes look amazing. I'll definitely be back!

This was my first time getting a professional wax so I was a little nervous but they made the environment feel very safe and comfortable. I was talked through the process and given some tips to help with aftercare. Overall great experience.

My experience (again) here at Haven was excellent. Ceri did my eyebrows -wax and tint- and she understood exactly what I was after in terms of shape and colour. I made a walk in appointment the day before and was able to get my preferred time. Ceri was able to answer questions I had about skin care and she was happy to talk about alternatives to injectables.

I had my first proper Brazilian wax with kiannah best experience ever, i definitely recommend her! She is so professional and welcoming. Previously having a not so good experience elsewhere, kiannah was so good that i didnt really feel anything!! She made me feel so relaxed during my time there
