As always, my experience was great. Liliana was my consultant today, for a brows and lash wax and tint. And a spray tan. The atmosphere including music is always lovely and calm. The atmosphere temperature is perfect. Right on time and with great care and precision. Liliana is charming as I find with all your staff. For that reason, I usually select “whoever is available”. I have very sensitive eyes but jordyn was gentle and I barely felt the wax! She shaped my eyebrows perfectly and I love the Korean lash lift and tint! Thankyou jordyn

John is absolutely incredible at what he does!! First time getting my brows done since moving to Newcastle and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only was he lovely to chat to, but I also came out with insta worthy brows! Obsessed! I will be back ❤️❤️❤️

Amy was my brow specialist and she did an amazing job. I expressed my concern to her with not having my brows waxed for a few years due to a bad past experience. It felt like she listened and managed her work to ensure that didn’t happen. Normally waxing really hurts and my eyes water when wax is stripped off but this was the first time it didn’t! And usually my skin goes super red for the whole day/night however the redness didn’t last that long! I was very suprised, happy and greatful for this experience and will definitely be back to see Amy again! Thank you!

Loverly girl did my brows. She did a good job happy with the outcome. Just a comment to help for the future The upward motion when applying the lash tint made the tint go into my eyes Waxing my brows while last tint still on with the stretching of skin to do the brow wax ment the tint got into my eyes When applying the wax to my brows she did several tapping motions after applying the wax this stung and was unnecessary painful. Thank you

John makes me feel SO pampered in the brief time I'm there and honestly, it's an eyebrow wax, not exactly supposed to feel relaxing but it really does. That, plus being someone who takes their craft seriously means I'll be back time and time again!
