Monica was very friendly and engaged in conversation with me despite our languages barriers which made me feel welcome, often salons don’t engage with the customer and speak to other staff only so this was a delightful change This is my second visit to the salon and I will be coming back. I do not live in Gisborne but more than happy to make the trip when visiting my family on a regular basis. Premises were clean music was uplifting and the tv station of Vietnamese cooking was engaging also. 10/10 thank you ladies :)

Absolutely hands down best nails in gisborne. So relaxing and the nail technicians are thorough,clean and my nails last so long in between refills.

I booked in and had lazer hair removal and Elyse was super professional and her gorgeous home salon was exceptionally clean. She explained everything. Made sure I was comfortable and thoroughly explained after care which I had never had anyone explain before at previous lazer clinics. She was VERY thorough and didn't rush. I'm very happy with her services and will definitely be back. 10 out of 10.

They have an easy and efficient online booking system. I started going to Natural nails about 2 years ago after disappointing results from another nail shop that I’d been going to for years. Every time I’ve been here I’m always impressed with the results. The shop is clean and the women are friendly and professional.

Team was friendly and on time. Massage chair was lovely and Pedi spa water was lovely and hot on a cooler day. Will make this my regular place in Gisborne.

I had my eyebrow lamination done with the girls & i have to say they look absolutely amazing & symmetrical; I am very pleased with the outcome & highly recommended the girls at Gisborne Boutique Nails & Beauty, these ladies are very good at what they do.
