Krystal is amazing always makes me feel welcomed and taken care of. She knows what she’s doing and always makes me feel beautiful when I leave. I trust nobody else with my eyebrows and lashes only Krystal, she makes me smile and laugh. Great to talk to and just an absolute pleasure to relax and know that I can trust my brows and lashes are always going to look gorgeous ❤️

Such a welcoming, warm and overall lovely experience! Liana made sure I was comfortable from the very start, clear and quick communication via DM, took my opinion into consideration for what I wanted with my lashes, offered amazing conversation and was really lovely to get lashed with! I don’t live in NZ, but will definitely get lashed by her on my next visit! <3

Liana is super lovely and professional. This was probably the 3rd time I ever got my lashes done in my whole 24yrs of life and out of all of them these were my favourite. Unfortunately one of my eyes wouldn’t cooperate and struggled to keep the lashes in but the other eye held up GREAT!! When I expressed my concerns with Liana she didn’t hesitate to offer immediate services to have this problem resolved. She was super lovely and as a girly who hates confrontation she made me feel like I didn’t have to be scared to say something. Overall would definitely recommend her services and say 10/10 xx
