Viven was really really friendly!!! I have sensitive eyes and would usually tear up and it was happening a lot during the session and she was really really patient about it, bless the girl. Because of my tears, the session took longer than expected because she wanted to be thorough and made sure there was no stickies. 11/10 would recommend!! Best thing is, my lashes came out looking BOMB!

Elle was very attentive, gentle and was good at explaining and recommending what type of lash lift service would be good for my type of lashes. I felt relaxed and she listened to my concerns + what I wanted - a subtle, natural look. I did a brow lamination and a lash lift- it's been a few days and both still look great! My lashes are lifted and look natural. Love my brows too. The place is comfy, clean, very relaxing ambience and welcoming. Prices of their services are reasonable too- definitely recommended. They even gave me a loyalty card and a spoolie for aftercare at home ☺️😊Thanks Elle!

Did my eyebrows with here on 02Jan25. Cat was the artist who helps me to correct the color and gave me a brand new eyebrow. She is very detailed and patience! She explained clearly the whole process and the design as what I want may not be the best for me. So, we agreed on the design and get it done. At first I thought it will be very painful coz my first experience of eyebrows tattoo was very painful at another place. Here, i literally fall asleep and snores 😅😅😅 The studio is clean and staff are very friendly too. Am happy with the experience and can’t wait to see the final result!

I had such a comfortable and relaxing lash appointment! I got the “Drama Queen” style and I’m obsessed, they’re full, beautifully shaped, and really enhance the beauty of my eyes. The place was spotless, with fun music playing in the background, which made the whole experience even better. Nad was so gentle and patient with me, even though I was a bit twitchy at times. Absolutely love my lashes and the service, highly recommend!

I've had my lash appointment with Elle and all I can say is that from the very first time I've met her, i've since requested for the same beautician. I've been to other shops previously and Elle was the one that converted me to a long-term customer. Not only does she do a really good and consistent job for my lashes, she's also very caring, funny, friendly and entertaining if you're not in the mood to sleep during your sessions. The maximum i could rate is only 5 stars, but i would have given Elle a rating of 10 if there's one. <3

I love the look of my lashes! I feel like the process is getting better each time I come here. The eyepatch sticker thingie used to feel quite uncomfortable and pokey underneath my eyes, but this time, it was completely painless and smooth when she removed it. I also love that she's really helpful in explaining anything I ask about. She rlly helps me figure out what kind of style I want. This will always be my go to place!!!

Did a lash set with Mary, and then booked an infill at the very last minute and got Nini! Both were amazing, they know their stuff very well and most importantly know how to do lashes in a way that complements your specific eye shape which is something really rare in KL! Also thank you guys so much for accommodating a last minute booking despite a busy CNY period. Love yall so much!!

Anna is the best lash tech I've ever been to! I got to tried different volume lash style over the year with her, and they are absolutely gorgeous. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
