Ali was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond when it came to my lashes for my wedding day. Having never had eyelash extensions before I put my trust in her completely and was so right to do so. My eyelashes are perfect and exactly what I hoped for my wedding day. I’ve been going to see Freya for my BIAB for a few months now and she never disappoints! Her skills are second to none and it’s always a lovely experience. The whole salon has a great vibe to it with everyone chatting and enjoying themselves. If you’re in the Caterham area book in (but not so much that I can’t get an appointment!)

I had a Korean Lash Lift and absolutely love it. The lashes look defined and lifted. Booking was easy and arranging patch test. Thank you Rosie - will be back soon.

I can’t recommend my lash technician Ali enough! Not only does she create the most beautiful, flawless lashes, but she’s also become such a lovely friend over time. Her knowledge is incredible — whether it’s lashes, skincare, or hair, she always has the best advice and genuinely cares about helping you look and feel your best. My nails were in absolutely awful condition and I genuinely didn’t think I’d walk out with much more than a bit of strengthening but Freya was amazing, confident in her ability to achieve a more polished look than I expected and she totally achieved. As a nail tech of 30 years myself I have never stepped away from another tech 100% happy but Freya changed that, genuinely couldn’t be happier..already booked my next 2 apts…thank you Freya x

I booked a surprise birthday appointment at Flower Salon for my wife, and the results were incredible. We live in Warlingham, and it was well worth the short trip to the Caterham area. She wanted a total change, and the stylists delivered a stunning new haircut and color that looks absolutely fabulous. The level of personalised care and expertise with her colour was top-notch. She left feeling pampered and beautiful—the perfect gift!

Ali tints my eyelashes and brows. When I first went last yr id never had it done before. Ali made me feel at ease and explained what she’d be doing as it was all abit out my comfort zone. But she has me hooked and it’s a nice relaxing experience. Couldn’t recommend her enough

I had the most amazing highlights. Tint and toner done very professionally by Shazia. Shazia got rid of all the horrid brassiness and the colours are lovely and soft now. Very reasonably priced too thank you so much. Lynne
