The service here continues to be top-notch for over the past 8 years , Katrina is highly professional and attentive and makes sure I am always comfortable throughout my visit. The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience. I got my lashes done for the very first time by Eja in April 2024. I opted for a natural classic set and I was so extremely pleased with the results! The lashes enhanced my looks and I left feeling very confident and satisfied. The entire process was very comfortable, relaxing and therapeutic as evidence by me dropping to sleep! The customer service at Waxxed & Lashxed is top tier 👌. Eja is very professional and accommodating, allowing me to listen to stories of my choice on her iPad while getting my service. The nice aroma of her bath & body works candles is a plus!!! 10/10 recommend!

Excellent. Gail-ann provides wonderful customer service. She has a wealth of knowledge on nail care; the dos and don’ts. In light of that fact, I learn the best ways to care for my nails in between services. I never have to wait on her to finish up other clients whatsoever; I walk straight into the chair. At GBBEAUTY LOUNGE, I am not meant to feel like just a client but I feel like family!

Always a profession job! BeBebold beauty spa always wows me, above and beyond my expectations. My glitter tips are bomb My lashes are on point... And this was the first time having my eyebrows tinted. She walked me through the process.
