Saya really impresses. She is a perfectionist in everything she does. The studio is spotlessly clean and inviting, her hygienic practices are over and above. She also has lovely little touches like a gift of aftercare products beautifully presented, bottled water on arrival and chocolates for you to take home. Can't say enough good things about her and her work!!! Wow, she is able to tattoo individual hair lines that make your brows look 100% natural. I've had eyebrow tattooing before but nothing near this level of perfection.

Wendy is lovely, she does such a great job with my eyebrows. She always takes the time to make sure they’re just right, and the boutique is so relaxing and welcoming. Wendy even put the electric blanket and heater on for me, which was such a thoughtful little touch! Both ladies always make sure you feel comfortable and looked after. I always leave feeling so happy with my brows and lashes and would definitely recommend! 🤍

I drove an hour to my appointment and can honestly say it was worth. 100% will be recommending to my family and friends. Customer service was 10/10 and the services received were 1000/10. I am very very happy with my results. I got brow lamination and dye and lash lift and tint. My eyebrows have never looked so good. So so happy with the results 😌 She is honestly the BEST!

Really happy with my new eyebrows. This was my first time having an eyebrow tattoo, so was a little aprehensive. Saya is so lovely, explains the process step by step in a very calming atmosphere which made the experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Saya.

Tia is always so gentle when handling your hair, i never have to worry about over processing and breakage she literally checks individual hair pieces and picks through foils to avoid over bleach and I’ve never experienced such diligence so I highly recommend her for blondes who want a specific crisp clean colour. I like a bright blonde shade with a cream champagne tone which Tia achieves with enthusiasm every time. I also have to add that Tia is a genius at Up-Do hair, for a recent anniversary meal she did a special style for me which was beautiful with lasting power, (it never moved!) xxx

I had such a lovely experience getting my eyebrows done here! She was absolutely amazing, so gentle, attentive, kind and welcoming.
