When I arrived for my booking at 10.40am, two male barbers were sitting in chairs, one blow drying his own hair while the other one was playing with his phone. There was a female barber cutting a child's hair. Both the men ignored me and didn't even acknowledge I was there. I sat down. Finally the lady finished the child and asked me to come and sit and she cut my hair, very well, professionally and she was pleasant and chatty. Not sure what was going on with the two men, but it wasn't a very professional look for your business which is normally impeccable at Basildon Mayflower.

Had a fantastic experience at the barbers today with Mitch. Both my son and I went in for haircuts, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Mitch was friendly, professional, and really made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. He took the time to get everything just right and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. My son usually isn’t a fan of haircuts, but Mitch was brilliant with him—patient, upbeat, and made it fun. Great service, great atmosphere, and top-quality cuts. We’ll definitely be back!

Always a 5 ⭐ haircut never ever had a problem always on point. Best haircuts that’s why I always go back to Fabio and have done for the past 3 years! If you think you’ve had a decent haircut elsewhere then think again. You haven’t had a fresh trim off Fabio! You won’t be disappointed and I’m sure you’ll come back time and time again. Ethan is a very talented barber who stands out from the rest. He adapts to each and every individual. My grandson Finley is ADHA and has autism, Ethan talked marvel with Finley adapting to his specific interests and manged to get the long need haircut. 1 in a million. Thank you Ethan.

Nice visit to the barbers, first time but one of the best services. Really nice and helpful, the barber asked all the time my son how wants the haircut and suggested best choices for his hair style. We definitely keep this as first option for next time.

Have had haircuts from both Fabio and Chris and I strongly recommend them! I'll be the first to say the thought of a getting a haircut at Tesco was odd to me, but man, they know how to cut a mean haircut! Got skin fades and switched my styles up and have come out a handsome modern man every time!
