Antonella rescued my hair from a previous cut elsewhere, and gave me the results I'd always hoped for. She explained everything really clearly and simply, and demonstrated everything for me. I went in nervous, and came out relieved. She is also really friendly. My new favourite hairdresser in Cairns.

Hello, I'm a mature lady who lives in Tropical North Queensland. Walking around Cairns I observed how shabby and shaggy the average person's lanky, long hair looked. Then horror of all horrors I saw a reflection of myself in a shop window. I was also one of the "shaggiest"! This lead to much researching of the total 40 odd hairdressers in Cairns. I needed an updated style that would show my femininity. I found Lexie at Vault Ninety One. If I moved to Timbuctoo I'd travel back to this truly talented stylist who has made my hair and my life brighter.

I had a great time. Antonella was so lovely and did the best job. I was definitely in need of a haircut and she gave me the perfect cut that added layers and enhanced my curls. I also had the best head massage during the hydration treatment. I can’t wait to go back!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Antonella, the owner of "Hairdressers At Work". Her easy conversational style makes the whole process enjoyable, and she has an incredible knack for cutting hair. Not only did she make me look great, but our interesting chat made the time fly by. I left feeling refreshed and looking my best. Highly recommend Antonella for anyone seeking a top-notch haircut and great!

What a fabulous salon. Everyone is hugely friendly and Saint, the dog is adorable. The hair washing room has to be seen to be believed. It had fairly lights on a darkened ceiling, recliner armchairs at the basins and it’s just perfect. Montana cut my hair. She’s a true expert on curls. I have never in my 61 years had my curls explained to me. Now I know how to look after them so they curl everyday. I love my haircut and I will be requesting Montana next time. My curls need her!

This was the hairdressing experience I have been waiting for. The friendly amazing staff with so much knowledge make this the most amazing experience. I cannot put into words the positive energy of these women and this small local business I will absolutely be a returning customer All are made so welcome and so looked after by staff that honestly care about their art. This is not just a haircut but an enjoyable experience
