Selina has helped me find solutions to some physical ailments through her massage techniques. I had a frozen toe post knee / hip replacement surgeries, and the toe is doing much better now. This is important for balance issues I was having. Also, I had numbness in my right hand and fingers due to neck issues. I learned I had to keep better posture and to protect neck alignment. Also, the massage just made my whole body feel much better. I make monthly appointments with Selina!

This was the best massage I’ve ever had! I felt selina was so attuned to me and my body and I had symptom relief for the issues I came in with. Selina also made me feel safe and secure in the way she holds space while on her table, she is truly an amazing person and masseuse!!

I got a 60 minute custom facial with dermaplaning. It came with a neck/shoulder massage and extractions. Malayna did an amazing job! She customized the facial based on my skin concerns and explained the plan. She’s very knowledgeable! She gave me some advice for my skincare routine too, which was very helpful. The whole experience was so relaxing!

Selina is the best trainer I have worked with. Her years of experience really show and make a difference - she is so knowledgeable and patient. The work is really specific to individual needs and she's able to explain why things work and need to be a certain way. You really feel the progress and she makes it fun. I couldn't recommend her more highly! Thank you Selina!

Deep, thorough, careful and effective. It’s been years since I’ve had some bodywork done and with my particular sets of issues I felt well cared for with good immediate results. I will certainly be coming back again.
